As the Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue optimization and maximizing overall hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution channel optimization. This key leadership role will focus on enhancing RevPAR, ADR, and market share while ensuring the hotel remains competitive within Bali’s luxury hospitality market. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance to ensure strong commercial alignment and data driven decision making.
Job Responsibility
Driving revenue optimization and maximizing overall hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution channel optimization
Enhance RevPAR, ADR, and market share
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance
Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts
Oversee and optimize all distribution channels
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry dynamics
Align pricing strategies with promotional and sales initiatives
Manage revenue management systems
Deliver regular revenue performance reports
Lead and develop the revenue team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience in international hotel operations
Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis
Proficient in PMS, RMS, channel management systems, and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory
Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environment is preferred
