Job Responsibility

  • Shaping and leading revenue growth across all Brands and channels within Taylors through the strategic application of econometrics, data analytics, and commercial insight
  • Identifying and prioritising opportunities for sustainable revenue growth
  • Partnering closely with the UK Commercial and Finance teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Acting as the custodian of the commercial strategy frameworks – particularly structured pricing – the role ensures robust, data-led decision-making, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to governance processes that uphold strong commercial discipline and best practice

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, revenue management, or business operations
  • Successfully driven revenue growth through strategic initiatives across all five RGM pillars: price, promotion, terms, mix, and PPA
  • Highly analytical, comfortable working with multiple data sources including internal systems and external category/competitor insights to generate compelling commercial recommendations
  • Excel at translating financial information into clear, engaging insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Shopper data literate with experience leveraging EPOS and Panel data to inform decisions and drive business impact
  • Experience of operating within a Structured Pricing framework would be advantageous

  • Own the end-to-end execution of pricing actions across Azure infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networking), including price changes, new SKU pricing, regional pricing, and competitive adjustments. Ensure pricing is validated, accurately reflected in commerce systems, and launched on schedule.
  • Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions—from scoping through meter minting, change request (CR) execution, triage, and post-launch validation. Coordinate across cross functional teams, and engineering systems to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Business Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams. Manage dependencies, escalate blockers, and keep launches moving through a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Identify bottlenecks, rework patterns, and inefficiencies in pricing and launch workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cycle time, improve accuracy, and scale execution capacity—partnering with tooling and automation teams where applicable.
  • Control meter launch quality to drive meter price accuracy and ensure compliance with price principles, commerce guardrails and standard workflows
  • Track operational performance metrics (volume, cycle time, error rates, launch health), surface actionable insights, and communicate status to leadership.
