Job Description

The Senior Revenue Finance Manager leads strategic financial planning across multiple products and business partners. This role owns revenue forecasting, pricing, and partners closely with Commercialization officer on GTM strategies. This role manages senior analysts and ensures alignment between financial strategy and business execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee financial planning and performance management across a portfolio of functions or regions
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as investment prioritization, and profitability analysis
  • Partner with senior business leaders to align financial goals with operational execution
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-level financial models and planning frameworks
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and governance
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting across business units
  • Represent FP&A in cross-functional leadership forums and strategic projects
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and governance
  • Provide training, support, and development opportunities to team members to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development

Requirements

  • Typically has Bach. +10 yrs.
  • Masters +8 yrs.
  • Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents
  • Experience leading multiple teams or large-scale projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
