Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounting for Revenue and Cost of Sales, producing accurate monthly management accounts
  • Perform pre-month-end checks, reviewing project setups and ensuring revenue recognition aligns with Statements of Work
  • Prepare monthly journals for accrued and deferred revenue while conducting thorough Gross Margin reviews
  • Partner with the invoicing team to ensure bills are dispatched promptly and Accrued Income is fully reconciled
  • Maintain balance sheet files for revenue-related captions and ensure all reconciliations are investigated and up to date
  • Work with Business Partners to provide commentary on variance analysis for CEO packs and contribute to the budgeting process
  • Support the Group reporting team at year-end with contract summaries and IFRS 15 adjustments
  • Assist with e-invoicing, VAT/GST reconciliations, and mentor junior team members to help them succeed in their roles

Requirements:

  • You possess a strong academic background, holding a finance or business degree (or higher)
