Senior Revenue Accountant

• Review customer contracts to identify performance obligations and analyze terms that impact revenue recognition
• Develop and maintain revenue recognition models for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Update monthly revenue forecasts and expenditure reports in coordination with project managers
• Conduct critical evaluations of forecast changes to assess their impact on revenue recognition
• Establish and implement processes and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Prepare analytical reports on revenue and unbilled receivables to support financial decision-making
• Manage customer invoicing and reconcile balance sheets related to revenue recognition on a monthly basis
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address financial discrepancies and optimize processes
• Assist in documenting and communicating revenue recognition judgments in partnership with the Revenue Manager
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment while contributing to organizational success

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• Active CPA is required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue recognition accounting, with knowledge of percentage-of-completion methods
• Experience in public accounting, preferably with Big 4 firms, is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently, identify issues early, and propose actionable solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage tasks and projects from start to finish
