Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Retoucher to join a small, dedicated team of experienced professionals committed to delivering the highest standards of retouching across e-commerce, campaign, and social content. You’ll be expected to produce photorealistic imagery, with a particular focus on accurate product colour representation for our extensive catalogue. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented retoucher with experience handling high volumes of imagery who values consistency, precision, and a thoughtful approach. Colour accuracy and brand integrity are paramount.

Job Responsibility:

  • Retouch high volume e-commerce imagery to brand standards
  • Enhance images while preserving a natural, authentic aesthetic
  • Remove blemishes, smooth skin, and correct lighting and tonal balance
  • Perform industry-standard fashion retouching across a variety of fabrics and materials
  • Apply shaping and sculpting techniques with subtlety
  • Maintain strict layer discipline and non-destructive workflows
  • Remove unwanted objects or distractions
  • Extend or rebuild backgrounds (AI-assisted or manual)
  • Execute accurate pathing and selections for product isolation
  • Manage complex layer structures with confidence in Adobe Photoshop
  • Apply strong colour theory knowledge to ensure consistent recolouring
  • Deliver exceptionally accurate colour correction across projects (Ecom, Campaign & Social)
  • Maintain tonal and colour consistency across e-commerce, campaign, and social assets
  • Manage and maintain content via our CMS (Dropbox)
  • Work closely with the department manager to evolve and refine photography/retouch workflows
  • Interpret feedback constructively and implement changes quickly and effectively
  • Assist with quality control of image standards and execution of amends
  • Collaborate with Retouch Manager to drive improved workflow efficiency
  • Partner daily with Graphics, E-commerce, Social, and Product teams
  • Communicate confidently regarding colour accuracy and garment updates
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment, offering and receiving feedback professionally
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Adopt new workflows and retouching techniques proactively
  • Ensure clear cross-department communication on updates and colour standards
  • Apply creative interpretation in line with briefs and the Club L brand aesthetic

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Retoucher, ideally in luxury fashion or e-commerce
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent, methodical approach
  • Strong organisational skills and responsibility for maintaining content systems
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high-quality output
  • A strong portfolio showcasing fashion retouching
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
  • Confident use of a Wacom tablet preferred

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Capture One, Lightroom, Bridge, and digital asset management tools (advantageous but not essential)
