Job Responsibility:

Project Management
Design and improvement of retail processes
Independent development of analyses and business cases
Review and update of Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) procedures
Control and support of retail operations
Creation of training content and organization of training sessions

Requirements:

BSc or Master in Business & Management or similar
Between 6 and 10 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, experience, or proficiency in the management or direct support of a physical retail network
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (must-have)
Knowledge in project management (must-have)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred)
VBA (preferred)
Strategic and analytical thinking
Logical and structured reasoning
Focus on continuous improvement of processes and operations
Results- and delivery-oriented
Proactive, autonomous, and team player

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Agile methodologies
VBA
