Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming communications from customers with care and professionalism
Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring complete resolution
Conduct research to provide answers for customers and resolve their issues
Learn something new while helping buyers and sellers navigate the world of eCommerce
Requirements:
Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced call center professionals
High school graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent qualification
Strong verbal communication skills, effective voice tone control, and the ability to adapt to diverse customers and cultural backgrounds
A learner's mindset with openness to feedback, a commitment to resolving customer issues, and the drive to consistently meet targets and KPIs
Ability to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
Proficient in basic computer use and navigating multiple systems to support efficient customer interactions
