Job Description

We’re a trusted leader in disaster restoration, helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Our team is looking for an experienced Senior Restoration Project Manager to oversee mitigation and reconstruction projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage multiple reconstruction and mitigation projects, ensuring quality results within budget
  • Conduct detailed site inspections, damage assessments, and scope development
  • Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate and other industry tools
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials
  • Oversee safety, compliance, and quality control at each job site
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation and progress reports

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in restoration, construction management, and mitigation services
  • Proficient in Xactimate (required)
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to respond to after-hours or emergency calls
