Job Description:

Senior Restaurant Manager position at The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, managing employees, maintaining service and sanitation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing financial performance in restaurant areas including bars and room service.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manage day-to-day operations
Review staffing levels
Lead food and beverage team
Ensure compliance with policies and laws
Ensure exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Conduct human resource activities
Provide guidance to subordinates
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Understanding of food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
Knowledge of local, state and Federal liquor laws
Food handling and sanitation standards knowledge
Supervisory and management experience
Interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and coaching abilities
