Senior Resource Manager

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting - Own the resourcing model, aligned to pipeline and bookings
• partnering with Services Sales and PMO to optimize the allocation and utilization of resources
• Stakeholder Interlock - Collaborate with Technical Services Leaders, Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business model, resource management strategies and address resource-related issues, and facilitate effective communication
• Resource Optimization - Development and implement solutions focused on planning, forecasting resources needs and monitoring resources utilization to ensure the accuracy of resource availability
• RMO Governance - responsible for providing stakeholders with analytics and business insights that support leaders in making quick business decisions
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to accelerate revenue and maximize margin
• Skills Inventory Management - responsible for ensuring skills are maintained and updated in the PSA tool on a consistent quarterly basis as this is critical for ensuring staffing of domain expertise on high-complexity projects
• Process Improvements - continuously assess and provide recommendations for improvement to resource management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• PS Resource Management experience in a High Tech Software company
• Strong understanding of resource management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in resource management software and tools
• Analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• RMCP Certification a Plus
