Senior Residential Support Worker

• Support the delivery of high-quality residential care for children and young people in Sheffield
• Lead shifts and support the wider team to provide consistent, caring support to children and young people
• Ensure safeguarding, care planning, and daily recording are completed to a high standard
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people and help them develop confidence, independence, and resilience
• Contribute to a safe, homely, and welcoming environment in residential care
• Support the home manager in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards

• Experience working in children and young people's residential care
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• A child-centred, nurturing, and resilient approach
• The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
