Job Description:

A fast-growing UK law firm are seeking a highly experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a hybrid/100% remote basis. The office itself is based in the East Midlands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with clients and estate agents to provide updates and progress files to completion
  • Work as the main fee earner responsible for the case load and case handlers (if remote)
  • Achieve targets
  • Train staff and help them develop their knowledge and skills to progress their careers

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced Residential Conveyancer
  • Well-educated
  • Exceptional IT and communication skills
  • Prior, solid, and relevant experience gained at a well-known law firm(s)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a calm and efficient manner
  • Experience working with referrers who have their own targets
  • Not a paralegal role
