Job Responsibility

  • Lead by Example: Coordinate high-standard, 24-hour care within a nurturing residential environment
  • Holistic Support: Guide young people through daily routines, from educational support to community-based activities, fostering true independence
  • Create Home: Ensure the living environment remains warm, structured, and safe, adhering to the highest National Care Standards
  • Build Trust: Develop deep, professional bonds with service users to help them process trauma and manage complex emotional needs
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to maintain a proactive and therapeutic atmosphere
