Are you a resilient practitioner ready to lead a team that changes lives? Our client, a premier Scottish specialist provider, is looking for a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join their nurturing service in Castle Douglas. This is a role for those who lead by example, supporting young people with complex neurodiverse and emotional needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Care Delivery: Coordinate 24-hour therapeutic care in a structured, warm home environment
  • Foster Independence: Support young people through education, life skills, and community activities
  • Build Trust: Use a trauma-informed approach to manage complex emotional needs and build professional bonds
  • Collaborate: Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest National Care Standards
