Job Responsibility

  • Foster a warm, homely atmosphere within the residence through shared activities and light housekeeping
  • Lead daily routines, from educational preparation to meal times and creative projects

Requirements

  • Backgrounds in healthcare, social care, SEN, or community services are highly valued, though full training is provided for the right candidate
  • A full manual UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this role
  • Successful candidates must pass an enhanced PVG check and provide a comprehensive two-year reference history
  • Ability to commit to a 37.5-hour weekly schedule including the required sleep-in shifts
  • You must be patient, a great listener, and dedicated to the safeguarding and welfare of children
