We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Residential Childcare professional to join a specialist service dedicated to supporting young people with complex social and emotional needs. Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee delivery of high-standard, 24-hour care within a nurturing, homely environment
  • Guide young people through daily journey from educational aspirations to community integration and life-skill development
  • Build deep, professional connections through consistent, empathetic interaction
  • Lead team in maintaining meticulous digital care records, ensuring total compliance with national standards
  • Drive planning of creative activities and outings

Requirements:

  • Proven background in residential childcare or leadership experience within youth work, SEN, or social care
  • Warm, patient, and emotionally intelligent professional
  • Confidence in using modern digital systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to work a rotational schedule that includes sleep-ins
