Job Responsibility:
Help young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills
Support young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities
Conduct Supervisions for staff members
Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues
Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments
Support the induction of colleagues into the home
Be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people
Requirements:
Level 3 in Children's and Young Peoples workforce qualification
Full UK driving licence
