Job Description

About the role: As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills. Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities. Conducting Supervisions for staff members. Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager. Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues. Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments. To support the induction of colleagues into the home. To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people.
