Job Description:

Based at Granary Quay, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and building meaningful relationships in a vibrant residential community. You’ll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Resident Services Manager and General Manager in managing day-to-day operations across our award-winning Build to Rent development. From welcoming new residents to ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, this role places you at the heart of a thriving community where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the Resident Services Manager in the running of the Resident Services Team
  • Provide first-class customer service to residents and visitors
  • Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
  • Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
  • Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure the building runs smoothly
  • Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
  • Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
  • Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A proactive, positive, and professional approach

Nice to have:

ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
