Senior Reservation Agent position at Cicada Resort Bali Ubud, part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott International. The role involves overseeing reservation accuracy, implementing procedures, processing requests, and serving as a point of contact for employee relations, while ensuring high guest service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes
