Job Responsibility:
Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score)
Manage projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, build insight, reporting and presentation
Ensure a good quality of research materials
Demonstrate analysis skills, along with insights knowledge across reports on all accounts
Lead daily communication with clients, together with superior
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue, and profitability
Requirements:
3 year of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure to concept or product test and related projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful
Good research knowledge – know & can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights
FMCG exposure preferred, open to experience with other industries
