We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Report Developer with extensive experience in the Oracle ecosystem. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical departments and business units by developing sophisticated data access queries, high-level analytics, and integrated reporting solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement advanced analytics using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher, including the creation of custom recruiting KPI dashboards
Execute large-scale data loads and migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
configure and validate REST/SOAP web service integrations for third-party vendors and HR systems
Lead advanced configurations within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), managing requisition lifecycles, candidate selection processes, and offer approval routing
Support inbound and outbound integrations via HCM Extracts and manage automated file-based integrations (SFTP)
Design and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex recruiting logic, such as eligibility rules and offer calculations
Conduct SIT/UAT defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and manage regression testing across quarterly Oracle updates
Implement role-based security configurations, including abstract, job, and data roles, alongside Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on report implementation and optimizing data models for business intelligence
Requirements:
7–10+ years in Oracle report development, data analysis, or BI development
Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Proven track record with HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
Strong ability to analyze complex integrations, produce functional specifications, and perform impact analysis across downstream processes
Skilled in identifying integration risks, data exposure risks, and performance hotspots with the ability to provide effective mitigation strategies
