Job Responsibility

Assist in the financial, commercial, and technical analysis and underwriting of highly structured, tax oriented equity investments in renewable energy and other clean technology projects
Assist in facilitation of tax credit sales from renewable energy and other clean technology projects and manufacturing facilities
Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations
Produce various written documents, including origination requests and investment memoranda
Review financial, commercial, and technical due diligence as assigned
Conduct technical due diligence and portfolio administration as necessary, and provide in depth analysis on relevant industry trends in the renewable energy and other clean technology spaces
Identify, analyze, structure, and model renewable energy project tax equity financings, in conjunction with the senior team
