We are seeking experienced B2C consultative sales professionals to educate and provides genetic screening services to patients and families. This is a fully remote position with full time inbound/outbound call responsibilities from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.
Job Responsibility
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
Document all leads, pipeline opportunities and activity history consistently in SalesForce.com
Manage incoming lead funnel, and proactively drive additional business opportunities through referrals and upselling
Effectively articulate technical information to prospective customers to educate them on the value of the services offered
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years successful experience in B2C (business to consumer) sales
preferred sales experience in healthcare, wellness or insurance markets
Training in some sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Consultative, etc.)
Strong desire to help people
compassionate and empathetic
Self motivated and goal oriented
Familiarity with sales process and KPIs
Strong closing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience selling via phone
