Job Description:

Senior Relationship Manager for International Middle Market (IMM) customer relationships, serving as the go-to advisor for acquiring, retaining and growing customer relationships at HSBC.

Job Responsibility:

Build existing and winning new long-term relationships with customers
Own customer engagement, ensuring service excellence
Collaborate with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise
Lead, inspire and motivate junior colleagues
Act as a great teammate, supporting development of a positive, collaborative culture
Adapt to complex scenarios and geopolitical issues

Requirements:

Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
Licensed Registered Representative, Series 79, 63 and SIE mandatory
Authorization to work in the U.S.
