Job Description:

Senior Relationship Manager for Global Private Banking helping high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients manage, grow, and preserve their wealth. The role involves managing client portfolios, establishing new relationships, and working with a global network of experts to provide investment opportunities and wealth planning services.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a client's portfolio
Participate in the Team's organization and ensure appropriate administrative support
Provide full-service banking and all transactions to high-net-worth individual clients
Establish new relationships and manage existing relationships to generate new AUM and Revenue
Co-operate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems
Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM)
Ensure client's objectives are met through appropriate selection of products
Ensure clients are aware of their level of risk
Research account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies
Provide coaching and guidance to other Relationship Managers
Work closely with other Bank Departments

Requirements:

At least 10 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector
Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving
Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis
Strong customer service focus
Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems
Excellent understanding of financial markets and products
