Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Reinsurance Technician to join a dynamic team. As a Senior Reinsurance Technician, you will work closely with the reinsurance team to handle and process reinsurance accounts. London based role. Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle and process reinsurance accounts for commercial lines of business
  • Work closely with the reinsurance team and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts
  • Review and analyse reinsurance contracts and documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management and clients
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, and underwriters to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process improvements within the reinsurance team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account handling within the reinsurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using reinsurance software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
