Do you want the time, support and environment to deliver truly compassionate palliative and end of life care? Join Our Outstanding IPU Team. Following a new agreement with Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board, we’re able to increase our inpatient beds from eight to 10. This means we can grow our Inpatient Unit team and continue strengthening the care we provide for patients and those important to them. About the role: Working at Ashgate means being part of a compassionate, highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team where your expertise and leadership are truly valued. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in coordinating and leading the Inpatient unit on a shift basis, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred palliative and end of life care. You will support patients with complex needs while providing leadership, guidance and clinical support to the wider nursing team. This is a rewarding opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a specialist palliative care environment where there is time to care, strong team support, and a genuine focus on dignity, compassion and quality of life.
