Job Description

This position will be responsible for expanding and driving revenue growth for our for Enterprise Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Enterprise sales and is ready to take on responsibility for coaching and development of the team members, creating Enterprise programs to drive both volume account acquisition and partner sales enablement, tracking sales activity and providing sales projections.

Job Responsibility

  • Work together with a team of sales professionals responsible Enterprise Sales for India Region
  • Own, manage, segment and drive individual revenue outcomes within the assigned region/territories
  • Exceed sales quota and goals
  • Coach/mentor reps to success in all aspects of the sales cycle: qualification, forecasting, and closing opportunities, while leveraging our channel/partner network
  • Manage team to ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and converted opportunities
  • Leverage sales analysis for insight into weekly, monthly and quarterly execution
  • Build a successful strategy to address the Enterprise Segment
  • Attend weekly regional forecast and management calls to provide Enterprise Sales perspective
  • Work closely with Channel partners to identify, position, and sell product value
  • Required to stay knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 18+ years sales experience and 1-2 year's management or team lead experience
  • Experience in Enterprise sales: networking or network security industries strongly preferred
  • Background in Territory sales with a wide-ranged network in Enterprise accounts in India region
  • Experience with channel /partner sales model
  • Proven to consistently achieve sales goals and experience with closing larger deals
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs
  • Experience in developing and retaining talent
  • Excellent command of enterprise sales methodology and the ability to coach to it
  • Excellent communication skills
  • the ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Strong organizational, strategic and analytical skills
  • The ability to work on many projects concurrently
  • Enthusiastic, engaged and highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
  • Hands -on, down-to-earth personality with a drive for development, progress and innovation
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent

  • Re-model the enterprise sales process in EMEA to align with a regional sales structure, ensuring scalability and effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build out a robust pipeline generation program, including events, marketing, sales development, and upsell motions, that meets 1Password's objectives
  • Implement a pipeline inspection methodology to ensure a high-quality funnel is built and progressed effectively
  • Drive sales processes to ensure the effective qualification of deals, moving the pipeline efficiently through the funnel, and closing deals
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure deals are built correctly for the business, creating a platform for future expansion
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide weekly reporting on initiatives, wins, and challenges to track progress and identify areas for improvement
