Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Regional Procurement Manager – Advertising & Consumer Promotions for 3 key markets to join our regional procurement team : European Distributors Markets (EDM), Belgium/Netherlands/Luxemburg (BNL), and Travel Retail Europe Africa (TREA). Reporting to the Regional Procurement Senior Director you will be responsible for managing all indirect A&CP activities such as Media, PR/Influencer Marketing, Events, Merchandising, GWP, Beauty Advisors for the above-listed markets, ensuring that all services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. (c. $103m spend).

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain regular communication with global category leaders to ensure regional feedback is incorporated into category strategies and, in turn, ensure their effective implementation within your markets and the region
  • Oversee the entire A&CP budget of these 3 markets and identify opportunities for efficiencies
  • Have full autonomy to execute projects, from stakeholders’ involvement to sourcing to contracting and savings reporting
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Collaborate with commercial leaders (GM, CFO, Marketing & Sales Directors) to align regional procurement strategies with commercial goals and overall Coty objectives
  • Execution of Procurement Strategies: Implement procurement initiatives that align with global strategies while addressing the unique needs of local markets
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments, drive sustainable savings, and foster innovation in A&CP areas to drive long-term growth
  • Budget & Performance Management: Develop and manage procurement plans within regional budgets, focusing on cost efficiency, savings, and financial accountability
  • Supplier & Contract Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, manage contracts effectively, and ensure supplier performance meets Coty’s high standards
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to legal and company policies
  • proactively identify and mitigate risks, including supplier financial stability and performance

Requirements:

  • Meaningful experience in Procurement or related business function, between 5 to 7 years, with a strong track-record in A&CP (whether through Procurement or other departments) in another FMCG Corporation
  • Professional fluency in English is required
  • Concise, integrated thinking and storytelling: boil down multiple data points into a simple but powerful story that drives decisions and outputs
  • Project management: organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe
