As a regional marketing manager, you will support our growing team of Enterprise sellers in North America. You’ll be responsible for the implementation and oversight of compelling integrated marketing initiatives, ranging from in-person events to digital advertising campaigns. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for organizational proficiency and project management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various marketing departments, including account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, business development, sales, and more. Job Responsibility:
Support Enterprise Sales Teams in a region in North America
Develop a strong working relationship with our NOAM sales teams in order to develop marketing strategies that tie to sales and corporate objectives
Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive new sales leads for the region’s Named Accounts. Campaign types include events, email, on-demand and live webinars
Collaborate closely with the region’s Sales Teams, Marketing Operations, ABM Team and more to plan in person and virtual events. Additionally, you'll develop and execute on marketing campaigns that will drive attendance and engagement at regional events
Help manage the marketing campaign calendar, report on territory performance and achieve set KPIs
Create regional marketing campaigns based on budget and perform quarterly analysis
Requirements:
5 + years experience in event planning and execution
Passion for using data to drive strategy, plans and track success
Proven organizational skills, detailed oriented, and communication driven
Experience in using marketing automation tools and email marketing
Nice to have:
Experience in Enterprise Software marketing and/or familiarity with marketing to IT professionals
