Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support aircraft sales objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement
  • Partner with the regional Aircraft Sales Team to ensure access to the right marketing initiatives and experiences to engage UHNWI clients effectively
  • Provide regional insights and recommendations to optimize brand awareness, customer experience, and sales performance
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Support major regional events organized by the event team, such as airshows, Formula 1 week, and other high-profile industry events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with global and regional objectives
  • Plan and independently execute regional marketing initiatives outlined in the strategy, including static displays, bespoke hospitality events, collaborations, and other customer focus initiatives targeting our audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to manage logistics, content, experiences, and onsite event execution
  • Oversee the regional marketing agency in China to create and activate social media content, including WeChat and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the regional marketing strategy
  • Ensure digital campaigns and content are consistent with brand objectives while tailored to regional needs and the UHNWI audience
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing teams in Montreal to ensure strategic alignment and operational support
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to provide timely marketing support and ensure initiatives effectively drive engagement and acquisition of UHNWI clients.

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • You have 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in aviation, luxury goods, or high-end B2B industries
  • You have proven experience leading regional marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding and focus on the UHNWI audience
  • You have experience managing agencies and external partners in content creation and campaign execution
  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
  • additional APAC languages are a plus
  • You have strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the UHNWI audience in APAC & Greater China
  • You are proficient in social media platforms, including WeChat, and other digital marketing tools
  • You possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across time zones
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset
