Heidi Health is expanding across Asia! As a seasoned Regional Lead with Heidi, you are trusted to open strategic doors, secure anchor partnerships, and represent Heidi to ministries/health authorities, major hospital groups, universities, and enterprise/channel partners. You lead through relationship building with end-to-end accountability for regional outcomes. You shape strategy, sponsor lighthouse deals, and enable local operators to execute - operating with high autonomy and full backing from the global team.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Market Leadership: Define and execute Heidi’s regional strategy in collaboration with global leadership
Government & Enterprise Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with senior leaders across ministries, health authorities, and hospital systems
Anchor Partnerships: Secure lighthouse customers and trusted partners that provide credibility and early scale
Commercial Outcomes: Oversee the regional pipeline from early engagement to scaled rollout
Team Enablement & Executive Sponsorship: Support and mentor local operators, providing senior coverage in executive meetings, negotiations, and strategic reviews
Market Intelligence & Governance: Surface insights on healthcare systems, procurement pathways, and policy developments
Requirements:
Strategic, relational leader with credibility at C-suite and government levels
Commercially accomplished (10+ years) in healthtech/SaaS enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or general management in Asia
Well-networked across hospitals, clinics, academia, and/or channel partners, with a track record of turning relationships into outcomes
Builder mindset: able to shape regional strategy and also run a high-touch executive motion
Cross-cultural communicator: fluent in English (written and verbal) ILR Level 3 or above, or CEFR level B2 or above
proficiency in a relevant local language preferred (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese)
Composed, collaborative, low-ego
leads through influence and integrity
mentors operators without displacing them
