Job Description:

Our client is a global technology leader with a strong presence in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. As part of their regional growth strategy, they are looking to appoint a Senior Regional HR Business Partner to lead and execute people strategies across multiple SEA countries.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a strategic HR advisor and business partner to senior leadership across Southeast Asia
Lead HR initiatives that directly align with business goals, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management
Manage and develop a team of HR professionals across several SEA markets, providing strong leadership and guidance
Use data and HR analytics to drive business decisions and workforce strategies
Foster strong stakeholder relationships across countries and functions, ensuring HR solutions are aligned to local and regional business needs
Ensure compliance with local labour laws across SEA, while supporting the implementation of global HR programs
Champion initiatives in employee engagement, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering role in a complex multinational organization
Demonstrated experience partnering across multiple Southeast Asian markets, experience partnering with sales-driven teams preferred
Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional HR teams
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate across diverse cultural and functional environments
Commercially driven with a data-oriented approach to HR strategy
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Southeast Asia
