This senior leadership role will oversee and manage all APAC Worldwide Sales Offices and provide strategic leadership support across all segments — including Group, Travel Industry, Business Travel, and Wholesale — to drive revenue growth for all Four Seasons properties globally. This role leads a diverse and remote team of Regional Directors and Account Directors based in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Sydney, and Mumbai. It will also evaluate opportunities related to deployment, business development, event strategy, and ROI, while working closely with the VP Commercial APAC and SVP Sales. Overall, the Senior Regional Director of Sales for APAC is responsible for leading sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business objectives and targets for the region.
Job Responsibility
Develop and support effective sales strategies for all APAC WSOs by segment
Support Account Planning and Mapping to grow share from top accounts in Group and TI
Manage individual and teams achievement to goal
Review New Business Opportunities and ensure plans are implemented
Support Regional strategic efforts- such as China Plan- to develop further growth in this key market
Responsible for supporting global segment strategies that will drive net-revenue growth, increase conversion
Collaborate with several cross functional teams across the organization
Execute best in class, on-brand events in region to grow market share and develop new business for the brand with a focus on ROI
Review and refresh how we monitor sales pipelines, analyze sales metrics and implement tactics to improve sales effectiveness
Share learnings and feedback across the Worldwide Sales Organization to increase our effectiveness
Requirements
Completed undergraduate degree from an accredited university
10+ years of experience leading sales people in the luxury market
On property experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects while leading a team
Experience in the Asia Pacific market, china specifically
Willing to travel within the region – approx. 50%
