Job Description

The Senior Regional Director – China is responsible for driving scalable revenue growth in the region by defining and executing the market’s commercial strategy and leading the evolution of the regional revenue organisation. The role acts as the region’s senior commercial leader, navigating the competitive, customer, and partner landscape to identify and capture growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility

  • Set execution standards and lead performance management

  • Own executive relationships with strategic accounts

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of significant leadership experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing, with responsibility for revenue growth and regional business outcomes
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional commercial teams (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations) and building disciplined operating structures that improve portfolio health, client retention, and revenue durability
  • Deep knowledge of commercial tactics across acquisition and retention
  • Ability to identify and gather insights that can be translated into competitive actions, and drive their implementation with clear ownership
  • Strong understanding of revenue-generating functions, their structures, and the operational requirements needed for them to perform effectively
  • Ability to set clear expectations and enforce accountability on performance management
  • Ability to coach second-line leaders, provide constructive feedback, and set clear development goals. Maintain a network of trainers and coaches to support individual growth
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-moving markets and translating global strategy into effective regional execution
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Holding a valid work permit for China
