Job Description

The Senior Regional Controller serves as a strategic finance partner, providing financial oversight and support for multiple business units. This role works closely with operational leadership to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and performance insights that drive informed business decisions and improve operational results.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for multiple business units
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial policies
  • Prepare executive-level financial reports and performance summaries
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support audits, contract compliance, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Coach and support unit finance teams to enhance financial accuracy and business performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or operational finance
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Lead group reporting into Hims & Hers, including US GAAP close requirements, consolidation inputs, flux analysis, balance sheet reviews and reporting commentary
  • Own local statutory reporting requirements across Australia and other in-scope jurisdictions, including AASB / IFRS reporting and coordination with local advisers where required
  • Lead technical accounting positions, judgements and accounting memos in partnership with Hims & Hers technical accounting team
