As a Senior Recruitment Specialist on this team, you will own full-cycle recruiting for roles across our Manila operations — from high-volume roles to senior and specialized hires. You will develop deep knowledge of the Philippine talent market, build proactive pipelines, and act as a true partner to hiring managers in delivering a consistent, high-quality hiring process. Your work directly shapes the team that powers Snappr’s growth.
Job Responsibility
Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles across the Manila office, from intake through offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand headcount needs and define the right candidate profile
Design and execute sourcing strategies that attract both active and passive talent across the Philippine market
Build and maintain recruitment funnels with a healthy mix of inbound applicants and proactively sourced candidates
Manage a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to offer and close
Track and analyze pipeline data to stay on target and flag risks early
Shift fluidly between volume hiring and complex, highly specialized searches
Sell Snappr’s mission and value proposition to candidates at every stage
Continuously improve systems and processes to make the hiring function faster and more effective
Hustle — take ownership of Snappr’s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Requirements
Solid experience recruiting for hyper-growth companies within the tech, online marketplace, or shared services space
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including direct outreach and Boolean search
Highly analytical – able to use data to identify bottlenecks and solve recruiting challenges
Strong stakeholder management skills
comfortable partnering directly with senior hiring managers
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
A “let’s get it done” mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
