We've partnered with an organization in Guelph to find a Senior Recruitment Partner to join their team! This high-impact position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire elite talent across multiple departments in the company. You will act as a strategic partner with the business, ensuring that every new hire aligns with the organization's commitment to excellence and long-term business goals.

Job Responsibility

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire hiring process from the initial intake meeting to the final offer and onboarding preparation
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with departments to define requirements, outline what successful profiles look like and create a recruitment plan
  • Pipeline Development: Proactively source and network to build a steady pool of qualified candidates for both current and future openings
  • Process Improvement: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to identify challenges and and make recommendations to improve the hiring process
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct deep evaluations of candidate capabilities and cultural alignment, in preparation for meeting with hiring managers

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across multiple business functions
  • Proven ability to build trust with hiring managers and guide executive-level decision-making
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a self-directed, results-oriented approach
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills used to influence outcomes and provide clear candidate feedback
