Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR to join our team! As a Senior Recruitment Executive at our company, you will be responsible for planning and developing individual recruitment strategy. You will be doing end to end recruitments and ensuring that the hiring goals are met.

Job Responsibility

  • Involved in full Recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment
  • Sourcing, screening, and short-listing resume through various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc., and internal references
  • Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals
  • Conducting Drives, Walk-ins, telephonic and personal interviews
  • Maintaining employees’ personal files and records
  • Recruiting candidates for both frontline and Lateral profiles
  • Salary negotiation, telephonic screening, and interview coordination
  • Making sure of timely closure of open requisitions and maintain recruitment TAT
  • Maintaining recruitment MIS/Dashboards
  • Making sure that the candidate experience is warm and pleasant
  • Vendor management, Process improvement and automation

Requirements

  • 0.6 months to 2+ years of related experience in volume hiring
  • Undergrad or bachelor’s Degree in Human resource or equivalent working experience
  • Excellent communication, Articulation, Negotiation, Presence of mind
  • Experience with fast paced tech/non tech companies in volume hiring
  • Proficient using Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram for recruiting purposes
  • Knowledge of latest trends of hiring
  • Use of job portals
  • Intermediates excel skills
  • Have effective analytical skills with knowledge of creating dashboards and reporting
  • Experience of ATS and recruiting software will be an added advantage
