Platinum Recruitment are a specialist Accountancy, Finance & Office Support recruitment consultancy. As strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of clients across the North West we empower them to hire the best talent available and are now looking to add value to our clients with the key appointment of a Senior Recruitment Consultant. The role is complex due to the level and status of assignments, operating on the Senior Finance Market, typically Finance Manager, Financial Controller & Finance Director appointments.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding work and grow the existing client portfolio
  • Understand clients deeply to effectively lead their talent acquisition
  • Manage day-to-day activity and performance delivery against industry metrics
  • Develop strategies, provide insights, and deliver creative recruitment solutions
  • Manage and negotiate deals confidently
  • Collaborate with internal specialists
  • Represent the company and contribute to new business growth via varied growth channels

Requirements

  • Strong alignment with the company's culture & values
  • Understanding of the real value of a great recruitment partner
  • Client-facing recruitment experience in a 360 role
  • Great at building relationships
  • Eternally curious, tenacious, and demonstrates controlled self-confidence with strong client intuition
  • Skilled in software that supports effectiveness, such as Office products, CRM, social media and AI advancements
