Job Responsibility:

Develop a dedicated recruitment portfolio
Build relationships with law firms and in-house teams across Australia
Source talent for a diverse range of legal roles
Establish a client base

Requirements:

Experienced agency recruiters, preferably from the permanent professional sector
The ability to map out new potential clients, build strong pipelines, and develop lasting relationships
A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning business and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions
Strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, research-driven approach
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
