Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-growth Digital team in Auckland, NZ. This is a high-impact, 360 role focusing on both permanent and temporary recruitment across Software Development, Data, Infrastructure, and Transformation sectors. This is a crucial role for an ambitious, sales-driven individual who can hit the ground running within a fun, high-energy team culture. You'll work a warm desk, leveraging established relationships to deliver specialist digital talent into the local Auckland market.

Job Responsibility:

Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives
Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations
Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment agency experience locally
Must have drivers license
