Ongoing Training: For professionals pivoting careers, we will support you with ongoing training focused on recruitment methodology and market immersion, ensuring you rapidly convert your existing industry expertise into recruitment success. Established Access: Immediate entry to major client accounts through our critical Public Service Agreement (PSA) panel status, which includes the 'big four banks'. This ensures you bypass the initial panel rejection phase and focus immediately on relationship building and placements. National Leverage: Benefit from our robust national network, supported by two dedicated Client Solutions Directors who manage national accounts and work collaboratively. True 360 Role: We seek a self-starter, a 'hunter,' who is comfortable driving proactive business development while remaining obsessed with candidate and client service. Your Specialisation: You will specialise in permanent placements across the banking sector in the NSW and Queensland markets. Primary Segments: Business, Private, Retail Banking, and Mortgage Broking. In-Demand Roles (Front Office): Recruitment will prioritise revenue-generating positions such as Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Home Lending Specialists, and Mobile Lenders. Strategic Flexibility (Back Office): There is flexibility to incorporate technical back-office recruitment, particularly credit analysis, settlements and deal structuring roles. Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a resilient, sales-driven professional with deep market insight. Industry Expertise/Career Pivot: Alternatively, we highly encourage applications from professionals with direct financial services industry experience who are looking to pivot their commercial maturity and subject matter expertise into a highly rewarding recruitment career.
