Job Responsibility:
Acquisition and Client Management: You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the power and energy sectors
Recruitment and Candidate Management: You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to conducting interviews and managing the offer process
Administration and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports on your recruitment activities is essential
Requirements:
3+ years of previous white-collar recruitment consulting experience
Knowledge and/or experience within the engineering, construction, or a related technical sector
Strong numeracy and IT skills
This position will require the successful applicant to travel. A clean and valid drivers license will be required
