Job Responsibility:

Building, growing and nurturing your own strategic client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process, becoming a trusted advisor rather than just a matchmaker
screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles
updating the internal system with candidate and client information
growing a strong client base through creative and innovative marketing activities

Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience is essential
you have a passion for sales and love to work in a busy, high-achieving environment
works well in a cohesive and cooperative team environment, contributing to collective success
have a valid driver’s license
