Senior Consultant role in Randstad's high-performing Engineering division, focusing on precision delivery of technical talent for established, high-volume accounts with respected engineering firms.

Job Responsibility

  • Source, headhunt, and engage top-tier Engineering professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist boards, and internal database
  • Partner closely with existing clients to understand complex technical requirements and organizational cultures
  • Become a true subject matter expert in the Engineering field, identifying trends and talent shifts
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial technical screening and interview prep to sophisticated offer negotiation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within technical or fast-paced sectors
  • Resilience to navigate the complexities of the Engineering talent market
  • Natural ability to build rapport with technical specialists and hiring managers at all levels
  • Ambition to move beyond 'standard' recruitment and provide genuine consultancy to clients
