Job Description:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our high-performing Brisbane Engineering & Construction (E&C) team, you will manage a highly lucrative permanent desk. This is a 360 recruitment role dedicated to placing commercial talent in the construction sector, specifically focusing on Contract Administrators and Commercial Managers. This role is all about strategic, passive candidate sourcing. You will work alongside a highly successful recruiter with an established network of high-value clients, joining a market with an overflow of jobs and strong existing relationships. Your success relies on your ability to quickly network and generate high-quality candidates to capitalize on this immediate demand, all while contributing to our great culture, where your input is valued and your success is recognized.

Job Responsibility:

  • Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively
  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives
  • Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment agency experience locally
  • Driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
  • Strong enthusiasm for business development
  • Positive and team-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • High achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
