Job Responsibility:

Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new construction clients across Kent and the wider South East
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers
Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, interview, and match high-calibre candidates to roles, ensuring the best talent is placed
Market Expertise: Become the go-to expert in your specialist construction field
Goal Achievement: Work towards and exceed both personal and team revenue targets

Requirements:

Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in either recruitment (any sector) or a fast-paced, B2B sales/telesales environment
Drive & Motivation: A strong desire to succeed, with a measurable track record of hitting targets
Resilience: The ability to handle pressure, objections, and bounce back quickly
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both clients and candidates
Ambition: A clear aspiration to build a career and progress within a global organisation
